  • Worked on ending of Romberg III - scale patten at end wasn't reliable at first.
  • With metronome worked on m. 23 32nd notes. Started at 100/32nd, then 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160
  • m. 23 with metronome set for sixteenth notes at 80, 90, 100, 110, 120
  • m. 23 with metronome set for quarter notes at 50 and 60. 50 works better than 60. Goal is 72.
  • Worked on prelude section of Romberg III. Focusing on bowing makes a huge difference - "ignore" the left hand
  • Played through Romberg III ending without metronome - need to be careful to count three for quarter plus rest.

  • Worked on ending bariolage in Romberg II and m. 23 32nd notes
  • Played through entire Romberg II movement. Except for m. 23 can play at consistent tempo
